Executive Director, Cathy Eisenberg, co-founder of the agency, has two adopted children. She is a licensed social worker and has over 30 years of experience in the field of adoption. Cathy works with all adoptive parents and birthparents serviced by our agency and supervises our extensive social service staff. Peggy Pisoni is one of our agency's Social Service Workers and legal coordinator. Peggys has worked with our agency since 1990, and is a licensed Social Worker. She is responsible for court attendance, filing of petitions and finalizations and completion of homestudies. Contact her via email.
Nancy Hibbert has been our agency's birthparent coordinator since 1988. She provides ongoing counseling to all birthparents and ensures that adoption is the best possible option. She has been with the agency since 1988 and is a licensed Social Worker. Contact her via email.

Lainie Paull Welham
Lainie Paull Welham is a Michigan licensed social worker and has her Masters Degree in Social Work. She has extensive experience in child welfare and has worked in the foster care system. Lainie provides counseling to birthparents, adoptive families and adoptees and completes homestudies for adoptive families.
Joyelle Lee has provided foster and adoption care services since 1997. She specializes in leading therapeutic small groups and will be providing adoption awareness education and birthparent recruitment for the agency.
