Cathy Eisenberg (Executive Director/Co-Founder)

Executive Director, Cathy Eisenberg, co-founder of the agency, has two adopted children.  She is a licensed social worker and has over 20 years of experience in the field of adoption.  Cathy works with all adoptive parents and birth parents serviced by our agency and supervises our extensive social service staff.   She also works in networking with international and interstate programs.

Peggy Pisoni is one of our agency's Social service Workers and legal coordinator. She is responsible for court attendance, filing of petitions and finalizations and completion of home studies.

Nancy Hibbert has been our agency's birthparent coordinator since 1988. She provides ongoing counseling to all birthparents and ensures that adoption is the best possible option.

Nancy Bortman is the agency's foster care coordinator and homestudy worker. She has been involved with the agency since 1987. She is knowledgeable about all aspects of adoption, including international and interstate programs and placements.

Our staff includes International Program Facilitators who can help you select the best foreign programs.

Our agency also has licensed foster homes to be utilized when a child needs to be placed on a short-term or temporary basis.
